1. Enterprise Contracts
Due to the complex nature of enterprise software deployment, custom architecture design, and dedicated onboarding resources, Orveve generally does not offer refunds for paid and active subscriptions unless legally required.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel, please contact your dedicated account manager or email our support team at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Breaches
If Orveve fails to meet our guaranteed 99.9% uptime SLA as outlined in your specific enterprise agreement, you may be eligible for service credits rather than a direct refund, which will be applied to your next billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may occasionally be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate billing errors.
