2. Enterprise Subscriptions

Orveve provides enterprise-grade infrastructure. Subscription fees are billed annually or according to your specific enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 90 days notice for existing customers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Orveve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
